#RockTheBlockColorado has come to a close and no matter the winner, we are honored to have an imprint of each HGTV design team in our community forever. Every team brought something different to the table and made these homes into beautiful, functional masterpieces that will complement an elevated lifestyle here in Heron Lakes. The final winner was determined by the average of three local appraisals on each home with only a $75K difference in range between all four homes this season. Truly, the biggest and best season yet of HGTV's Rock the Block! It has been such a fun experience and we can't wait to keep sharing more behind the scenes on our social media channels (Instagram | Facebook)

The Rock the Block homes will be put up for sale. If you are interested in learning more about one of these homes or other available inventory in Heron Lakes, contact the real estate team or simply stop in the TPC Colorado Clubhouse!

Final Spaces, an Overall View of Each Home + WHO WINS Rock the Block Season 4:

Finale judge and Season 3 Rock the Block winner, Egypt Sherrod, said that the water and mountain views "are what it's all about!" It's no secret that the Colorado Rocky Mountain and reservoir views paired with the lifestyle our community can offer is the large draw-in for homeowners. But when you can pair that with a one-of-a-kind custom home that fits your life as well, that is the ultimate Colorado Front Range living! This week's episode covered designing the final spaces for each home. Depending on how each team used prior space, this left an optional study/conforming bedroom and bath and/or an additional flex space with a mini garage door.

Jon and Kristina | Team Farmhouse Fixer: This home is the ultimate collaboration of Colorado living in a modern farmhouse with a little bit of New England refinement. Both Jon and Kristina live in Massachusetts and typically work in this colonial, coastal style that is typical to the area. They took this inspiration and created a home that perfectly captures the coziness of living on the eastern seaside with an organic natural twist and all the amenities to live an active and social lifestyle in Heron Lakes. This week Jon and Kristina's only remaining space was the additional flex room that they turned into the "Adventure Garage." A full workshop for sporting gear, projects, and of course where you keep the kegerator! This home has so many levels of entertainment opportunities in different settings. The upstairs gives this amazing space that is perfect for formal family dinner parties and a beautiful space for everyday busyness, while the downstairs is where you entertain, relax and let loose. For us, the downstairs level is the mic drop to this home after seeing the upstairs level. It is so fun and fits to entertain all ages and hosts guests, both staying the night or for the evening, comfortably. We know there is a homeowner who will appreciate and love the lifestyle they can have in Jon and Kristina's home.

Page and Mitch | Team Fix My Flip: Page and Mitch's design embodies the feel of a luxurious alpine chic mountainous home that you wouldn't mind spending a long winter in. It is warm and comfortable with so many thoughtful details poured into it that reflect their passions and touches they felt important to our community. When you look at the upper level of this home, the natural cedar wood ceilings and their continuation of this through the visible covered back deck were brilliant to make their space feel even larger and blend the concept of a true indoor/outdoor living area you want in a home with these kinds of views. This week Page and Mitch had the additional bedroom and flex space to finalize. They staged their conforming bedroom into an office with a private powder room that features a sauna and leads into the gym with a climbing wall. It was a smart move that adds value and compliments our active community. We have talked about it in past blogs, but the amount of recreation in our community is extensive! That is why our favorite concept of this home is the indoor golf simulator room. Being that our community is blended around the TPC Colorado golf course, individuals who live in our community place a huge priority on golf, and having access to play indoors during the winter months is something that we love Page and Mitch thought about it in their home design.

Michel and Anthony | Team Luxe for Less: This home was perfectly described as uniquely "Colorado and Anthony and Michel coming together." The entire home is boldly and unapologetically mountain modern for a bachelor. It's a textile experience that is made to entertain guests and demand attention. When you step into the main level of the home your eyes are drawn is drawn to the porcelain fireplace feature and over to the kitchen's tiered island and all the possibilities to host immaculate and elegant dinner parties. This entertaining in luxury concept is then brought downstairs with the hidden speakeasy and additional kitchen that offers easy outdoor service. The power move made this week by this team was using the additional available space as a main office with a Murphy bed and an en-suite powder room to maximize use. They also had the available flex room that was turned into a maker's crafting room for home projects. Each of these spaces will be appreciated for its functionality and fine details. When it comes down to it, our favorite space in this home is their week three win with their main suite concept. This home is made to showcase and entertain but this main suite offers a private luxury that is one of a kind and not meant to share. There were so many fine details put into each space of this home that will be appreciated by a homeowner who manifests a grand lifestyle filled with guests and glorious amenities! Each design move made by this team this season has led them to be the Rock the Block Season 4 Winners with the highest appraisal value of all four homes!!

Bryan and Sarah | Team Renovation Island: Veterans of the season, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler designed a home geared towards wellness and function with a Scandinavian-feel Aspen Chalet design. They sewed every level together throughout the exterior and interior with this beautiful light stone for this master vision of bringing the Colorado mountains throughout. It was a beautifully planned detail that plays into the ambiance achieved with the lower level "wellness center" of a fitness area and spa with a massage room and mass soaking tub area. It is a very specific design, but for the right individuals it means a luxury not accessible by many in their homes and that is what custom is all about. This week Bryan and Sarah only had their flex space to focus on, where they made an easy in-home office with direct mountain views through the mini-garage doors and could work easily work well for a client meeting location. Our favorite space of this home is the natural red rock fire pit seating area outside. It truly is a massive space that we can already see as the center for entertaining all summer long with or without a fire active! This home just feels like Colorado and will complement a life in Heron Lakes well!
